Внешнеполитические концепции «новых правых» в Германии: от гегемонизма к изоляции

Аннотация
В последние годы исследователи правого радикализма проявляют интерес к вкладу радикальных консерваторов в современную теорию международных отношений. В центре предлагаемого исследования находятся концепции немецкого интеллектуального течения «новых правых» в ФРГ применительно к вызовам мировой политики. Цель исследования состоит в анализе эволюции политического языка представителей движения на этапе холодной войны и на современном этапе – с 2013 г. по настоящее время. Методологической основой работы выступает анализ политических текстов в рамках Кембриджской школы истории идей. Обращение к данному методу позволяет определить политические проблемы и оппонентов «новых правых», воспроизвести политические контексты, в которых действовали теоретики, а также идентифицировать культурный ресурс политического языка идеологов.
Результаты исследования демонстрируют, что основной целью «новых правых» является обеспечение национальной безопасности и роста политической мощи ФРГ. Ее достижение требовало разработки внешнеполитической концепции, обеспечивающей доминирующее положение ФРГ в континентальной Европе. Хотя интеллектуальные источники идеологии «новых правых» не имели прямого отношения к теории международных отношений, тезисы их теоретиков наиболее близки школе политического реализма. При этом проевропейские идеологические позиции «новых правых» оказываются ограниченными и, как следствие, невостребованными среди правых популистов Европы и США. Данный вывод позволяет опровергнуть утверждение, что цель «новых правых» состоит в революционном переустройстве существующей системы международных отношений.
